In celebration of the 50th anniversary of NC State’s Department of Communication, join the department as a panel of alumni discusses their NC State student experience and professional careers. The 50 Years of NC State Students panel will offer students the opportunity to engage with alumni as they share their advice and perspectives on what you can do with a degree in communication. The panelists will be:
- David French ’76, strategy director for RL Communications
- Stew Mones ’82, senior advisor for the Federal Emergency Management Agency's Risk Analysis, Planning and Information Directorate
- John Ward ’91, head of Global Tech Ops at Amazon Prime Live Sports
- Melody Hunter-Pillion, Ph.D., ’92, television correspondent for PBS North Carolina
- Christina Kuhl ’07, principal at Howl Back Communications
- Arielle Chambers ’14, owner of LOVB SF, host and analyst at ESPN and founder of HighlightHER (now BRWSports)
