DELTA’s A11Y team and the NC State University Libraries invite you to AccessFest, a free, day-long, drop-in event designed to help NC State instructors improve digital course accessibility. This is a practical, come-and-go opportunity to work on your own materials (documents, PDFs, slide decks, your Moodle space, websites, multimedia, etc.) in a fun, supportive environment. Be sure to bring your laptops.

Here is what to expect during AccessFest:

• Accessibility experts on hand throughout the day to answer questions and provide guidance
• Refreshments and treats to fuel your work
• Raffle prizes for participants, including the Apple AirPods 4 grand prize
• A special visit from Mr. Wuf at 11 a.m. for photo ops

Before AccessFest, you should

• Complete Digital Accessibility Basics, a 30-minute, self-paced online course in REPORTER.
• Fill out the AccessFest 2025 Interest Form to help us estimate attendance.
• Read the directions on how to get to the Multimedia Seminar Center in D.H. Hill Jr. Library.
