The Applied Cultural Identity Workshop can serve as a starting point for you to begin learning about diversity, equity, and inclusion. We hope you will continue to engage with these topics and reflect on your insights to make positive changes across our campus community. You will lreceive additional resources at the end of the course. Here are the course objectives:

• Identify key concepts of culture and cultural awareness.

• Apply the concepts of cultural identity for self-awareness and other awareness.

• Analyze how cultural identities provide social benefits and challenges.

• Explore how identities show up in interpersonal situations.

• Consider ways to improve workplace interactions and climate.
