Join us for the fall architecture lecture series. Caroline Shannon is an associate at Howeler + Yoon Architecture in Boston. Her practice as an architect and researcher is focused on health, equity and social justice in the design of the built environment. Those focus areas are exemplified in her work on the Memorial to Enslaved Laborers at the University of Virginia (with Hӧweler + Yoon Architecture) and the University of Global Health Equity in Butaro, Rwanda (with Shepley Bulfinch). Prior to joining HYA, Caroline worked at Shepley Bulfinch, +D Studio in Rio de Janeiro, NBBJ and MASS Design Group.
