 on the Preservation New Jersey Board is Andrew E. Thompson\, who has been 
 in the field of architecture for 30 years. His education includes City Uni
 versity of New York\, the Pratt Institute\, and Columbia University.\n\nAn
 drew’s extensive career includes designing structural components for the
  Arleigh Burke Class Navy Destroyer vessel\; the Port Authority – workin
 g on projects in Tower One of the World Trade Center\, Newark Airport\, an
 d the Air Train for JFK airport\; Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center w
 here he served as the Chief Architect\; and the City University of New Yor
 k\, where he was responsible for building their first new community colleg
 e in 40 years. In 2013\, Andrew came to New Jersey taking the position of 
 County Architect for Passaic County.
