Art is the Highest Form: Unlocking Creativity and Wellness is a three-hour immersive workshop for educators and museum staff to explore the healing power of art. Lakisha Bradley, a therapeutic art practitioner/social practice artist, will lead the session. Participants will engage in hands-on artmaking inspired by insights from Your Brain on Art to create their own "mental wellness toolbox.” Through storytelling, video and creative expression, this workshop will foster personal reflection, professional growth and practical strategies to integrate art into daily life and work. Prior art experience is not needed — just a willingness to create and connect.
