ArtScience: Catalyzing and Cultivating Innovative Thinking

Register now to join the College of Sciences virtually for our annual State of the Sciences event. This year’s featured speaker is multimedia artist and creativity researcher Todd Siler, author of the book Think Like a Genius and the first visual artist to be awarded a doctorate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

For the past four decades, Siler has integrated art and science to realize humans’ and nature’s creative potential. His visual lecture, “ArtScience: Catalyzing and Cultivating Innovative Thinking,” will highlight his ArtScience approach to tapping individual and collaborative creativity using arts-based learning methods and tools that foster innovative thinking and stimulate cross-disciplinary collaborations.
