ArtScience: Catalyzing and Cultivating Innovative Thinking

Register for our annual State of the Sciences event. This year’s featured speaker is multimedia artist and creativity researcher Todd Siler, the first visual artist to be awarded a doctorate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and author of the book Think Like a Genius.

For the past four decades, Siler has integrated art and science to realize humans’ and nature’s creative potential. His visual lecture, “ArtScience: Catalyzing and Cultivating Innovative Thinking,” will highlight his ArtScience approach to tapping individual and collaborative creativity using arts-based learning methods and tools. These all-purpose tools foster innovative thinking and stimulate cross-disciplinary collaborations.

A reception with refreshments will follow.
