Join Wellness and Recreation's certified fitness professionals for a live one-hour virtual presentation on how physical movement reduces stress, elevates cognitive abilities, improves sleep, enhances mood and improves your overall health. You'll learn how to exercise from the comfort of your own home and gain quick and easy ideas for how to fit physical movement into busy schedules. Additionally, you will learn more about our recreation center and fitness program offerings.
