This workshop is open to faculty, staff, administrators and students. Participants will learn to apply a framework to identify cultural preferences and gaps between Chinese and U.S. American cultures and identify successful strategies to bridge those gaps and enhance group dynamics. The workshop will include small group work sessions on case studies that will cover:

• Leadership and supervisory styles.
• Communication styles and providing feedback.
• Time management and deadlines.
