Using gathered material remnants, yarn, and found objects, attendees will make an imaginary creature using basic wrapping techniques. Participants are welcome to bring old shirts to cut, or broken jewelry to add to their creatures. The session will be led by Bryant Holsenbeck, a mixed media environmental artist, activist, educator, and author based in Durham. This workshop is in conjunction with BABENGA—The Sacred Forest.
