Ever wish you could experience a podcast live while enjoying dinner with like-minded peers? Here’s your chance. Come enjoy an inspiring evening of empowerment and wellness. Participants will:

  • Practice mindfulness while setting fitness and nutrition goals
  • Gain insights from a wellness coach, certified personal trainer, mental health clinician and registered dietitians.

We’ll dive into topics like movement, mindset, meals and more in a fun and supportive environment.
