What are career chats? 

Career chats are quick, focused discussions on key competencies that help students develop career readiness. These chats are open to all students and will feature a competency-driven scenario, complete with background information, possible challenges, and discussion questions. Being career-ready means demonstrating the core competencies–career and self-development, communication, critical thinking, equity and inclusion, leadership, professionalism, teamwork and technology—during interviews, in the field and throughout one’s career.
