Sydni Collins, an alumnus of NC State's Poole College of Management, works for the Lenovo Foundation as a global program manager. Collins' work is focused on providing access to STEM education and technology to underrepresented communities around the world.
Collins started her undergraduate studies at NC State in the Exploratory Studies program. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in marketing and a nonprofits studies minor. While at NC State, Collins was the president of the American Marketing Association. She is currently pursuing her Master of Public Administration at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Collins will be a guest speaker for Career Conversations. The 30- to 45-minute discussions are hosted by the Exploratory Studies program and allow students to connect with people working in a variety of industries to learn about their current occupational and professional experiences.
Career Conversations are held virtually via Zoom. Students must sign into Zoom with their NC state email address. Please consider turning on your video camera during the conversation so that you can make a connection with our guests. We will reserve time at the end of the session for students to ask the guests questions and we encourage your participation.
