The Blood Connection is a nonprofit organization. You can donate blood every 56 days. Donors must be 16 years or older and weigh more than 110 pounds. If you are 16 years old, you must have written consent to donate blood. Before you donate blood, make sure you drink plenty of water and eat a healthy meal. A TBC donor ID card (preferred) or photo ID is required to donate. Donors must register for an appointment. All donors will receive a $20 e-gift card. Gift cards and other incentives are nontransferable.
