The Blood Connection is a nonprofit organization. You can donate blood every 56 days. Donors must be 16 years or older and weigh more than 110 pounds. If you are 16 years old, you must have written consent to donate blood. Before you donate blood, make sure you drink plenty of water and eat a healthy meal. A Blood Connection donor ID card (preferred) or photo ID is required to donate. Donors must register for an appointment.

All blood donors will receive a $20 eGift card PLUS a $10 BONUS eGift card. Donors will also receive a scratch off ticket that will reveal another prize. Bonus points will be awarded 24-28 hours following donation.
