Colorful Connections will operate as a brave space that centers LGBTQ+ students of color and allies. We will acknowledge and explore difficulties one may have when discussing difficult and sensitive topics, such as race and sexuality. Participants will be encouraged to abide by the six pillars of a brave space to foster increased self-awareness, stress reduction, and personal growth and development.
