Are you a science communicator, interested in the science communication field or want to learn about science communication skills? Do you want to share your expertise in communicating science or share research with new audiences? Are you curious about how the arts can amplify your science research? Are you an artist who works at the intersection of art and science and wants to find science research partners for mutually rewarding arts-integrated research opportunities?

Science communication is a rich field made up of researchers and practitioners who understand that science research needs to be thoughtfully contextualized for increased impact on the public good. Join Arts NC State, the Office of Research and Innovation and the College of Sciences for a meeting at the Gregg Museum of Art & Design to share your expertise or learn about communicating science at NC State. During the meeting, you can propose ideas and topics for a series of Communicating Science workshops that will be held during the 2026-2027 academic year. We’d love for you to participate.
