Join Sebastian Wolfrum, manager of the Wolfpack Modern Brewing Lab, to learn about the unique variety of hop that has been growing on Centennial Campus over the past few months and how NC State is impacting the hop industry.

You also are welcome to help pick the hops. No experience or special clothing is required to participate. The hop plants will be ready to pick when you arrive. Please join us for whatever amount of time you are available.

If there is inclement weather, we will move the picking indoors to Partners Building 1 at 1017 Main Campus Drive.
