How can you shift away from proctored assessments? In this workshop, we will think about assessing student learning in new and different ways. What assessments are practical and efficient to do online? How can you incorporate formative assessment into your online course? How do you deliver and evaluate your new assessments? Distance/remote proctoring will not be covered in this session. The workshop's facilitators are Maria Gallardo-Williams, a Scholarship of Teaching and Learning faculty fellow, and Diane Chapman, the Office of Faculty Development's executive director. The workshop is part of the Office Faculty Development's four-part Conversation Series.
