Join NC State LIVE and NC State University Libraries for the premiere of Saints & Aints, a theatre piece by educator, scholar and cultural organizer Dasan Ahanu. Saints & Aints is part Sunday service reinterpretation, part juke joint reimagining and part underground dance club escapism. This work invites the audience into a communal celebration of life, faith, resiliency and Black joy. Ahanu served as the 15th Piedmont laureate and is an alumnus of the Nasir Jones Fellowship with the Hip Hop Archive at Harvard University’s Hutchins Center for African & African American Research.

Please reserve your tickets in advance for Friday, March 28, or Saturday, March 29.
