Experience the power of working out in an inclusive, community-based environment with our group training programs. This four-week program strives to enhance participants’ overall fitness through a progressive program that focuses on various aspects of fitness and skill development. Our nationally-certified trainers and instructors will lead the classes. Classes will begin March 28 and will meet Tuesdays at 5 p.m. The deadline to register is March 23.
