The purpose of this program is to increase self-care through movement and to center and heal the body from historical and other variations of trauma that impacts the mind and body. The Collective, a space designed to support transformative liberating spaces for identifying women of color, will host the yoga session. Please register by April 8 to receive materials for this session.
The yoga session will take place via Zoom. Registrants will receive a link that will give them access to the session.
