Join Prevention Services for 60-minute outdoor sessions designed to help you slow down and recenter. Each session will introduce a practical mindfulness skill using nature-based techniques, such as forest breathing, reflective walking and sensory grounding. We’ll close with a short guided reflection to leave you feeling calm, connected and equipped with simple tools you can use anytime.
