The Terrain Dance Project is pleased to present "Embodied Futures: Dance, Plant Science and Public Engagement" at NC State’s Gregg Museum of Art & Design. The company will present works made possible by an Arts + Science mini-grant from the Office of University Interdisciplinary Programs and Arts NC State, exploring human and plant relationships, ethnobotany, crop genetics, heirloom corn, crop processing and NC sweetpotatoes.

In collaboration with Arts NC State, the evening will include a showcase of work by various Arts + Science mini-grant recipients, leading up to a performance in the museum’s garden, a film screening and a panel discussion. This event will showcase and celebrate the innovative research and interdisciplinary work at NC State and beyond through art, performance and conversation.

Please register to attend.

If there is inclement weather, this event will be held at 5:15 p.m. on Oct. 14 at the Gregg.
