Add to calendarChef Vivian Howard will tell the story of her wild ride from a small North Carolina city (Kinston) to New York and back — a story that is far from over and features a wildly successful television show, a growing number of restaurants and a starring role in the transformation of the Kinston. Howard will discuss pickles and their role in food storage in the southeastern United States. She'll then share a recipe featuring both old and new end of season vegetables.
