The African American Cultural Center at NC State is excited to announce our next Learning Lab. Join us for this special two-part workshop led by Ariel Seay-Howard from the Department of Communications. This interactive workshop will help students manage speaking anxiety and develop tools for clear, confident expression. Through practical strategies, supportive exercises and guided reflection, participants will learn how to shift nervous energy into effective communication, empowering them to speak with greater ease in academic, professional and everyday settings. 

The workshop is open to all students, but space is limited and registration is required to attend. Light appetizers and refreshments will be served.
