 ractive workshop will help students manage speaking anxiety and develop to
 ols for clear\, confident expression. Through practical strategies\, suppo
 rtive exercises and guided reflection\, participants will learn how to shi
 ft nervous energy into effective communication\, empowering them to speak 
 with greater ease in academic\, professional and everyday settings. \n\nTh
 e workshop is open to all students\, but space is limited and registration
  is required to attend. Light appetizers and refreshments will be served.
