The Department of English invites you to its annual First-Year Writing Showcase. The showcase will highlight exemplary interdisciplinary writing projects produced in English 101. These projects span a wide range of topics and engage multiple genres and modes of writing, celebrating the curiosity, creativity and intellectual risk-taking of our first-year writers at NC State. This event is open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.

Students will present their work between 10 a.m. and noon. Their work will remain on display at D.H. Hill Jr. Library in the iPearl Innovation Studio and the Cyma Rubin Visualization Gallery until 4 p.m.
