Are you new to the Wellness and Recreation Center or unsure how to best utilize the space to reach your fitness goals? If so, join us for a free Fitness Basics Orientation session. You will tour the fitness spaces in the facility and learn about the different equipment in those spaces and how to set up the equipment specifically for you. You also will receive free workouts to supplement your new knowledge of the center and its equipment. A Wellness and Recreation nationally-certified personal trainer will lead the sessions.
