Take a break from the daily stresses of work and life and go on an immersive forest therapy experience led by Shawn Ramsey, a certified forest therapy guide, at the JC Raulston Arboretum. During this two-hour mindful experience, you will be asked to slow down, awaken your senses and become fully present as you connect with nature in the beautiful arboretum.
