Join the NC State College of Design, the School of Architecture's National Organization of Minority Architects chapter and the North Carolina NOMA chapter for a presentation by Mabel O. Wilson, Ph.D. Wilson is a professor of architecture, planning and preservation, a professor in African American and African diasporic studies and director of the Institute for Research in African American Studies at Columbia University. Wilson leads the practice Studio &, and she is the author of Begin With the Past: Building the National Museum of African American History and Culture.

The series honors the legacy of acclaimed architect Philip Freelon.
