Join the University College Faculty and Staff Development Committee for a virtual presentation by NC State professor Alyssa N. Rockenbach titled "Friendships Across Differences." Rockenbach will highlight research findings on how students' college educational experiences affect their capacity to engage and cooperate with people of different religious, secular and spiritual identities. Rockenbach is an Alumni Distinguished Graduate Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership, Policy and Human Development at NC State. Her research centers on college students’ religious, secular and spiritual identities, gender and LGBTQ equity on campus and issues of opportunity and justice in higher education and society.
