Fulbright Fridays is an opportunity for faculty and staff to get one-on-one advice on Fulbright programming and support for developing application materials. The one-on-one meetings are for applicants at all stages of the process, whether you are contemplating applying or are working on materials.

Every Friday from May 14 to Aug. 27, the director of External Faculty Awards and Recognition, Maria Almanza, will be available for individual meetings between 9 and 11:15 a.m. Each appointment will last up to 45 minutes and will be based on the needs of applicants. Interested faculty and staff can sign up by searching this Google calendar. 

To book your appointment, click one of the available time slots. After you click a time slot, a box will appear for you to confirm your appointment. Click save, and Almanza will email to gather more information and share a Zoom invitation. Please book your appointment at least one week in advance.
