The GLBT Advocate Roundtable is an opportunity for faculty and staff to build a community with other GLBT Advocate Program participants. This guided reflection will model a social justice-oriented community. We will: 

• Identify instances of oppression. 
• Debrief successful and unsuccessful strategies for interrupting those instances of oppression.
• Recognize opportunities for advocacy within the institution.
• Grow supportive connections with other faculty and staff.

Attendance at the Advocate Roundtable counts as event credit to complete the two requirements of the GLBT Advocate Program.
