Nominated for Best Foreign Language Film at the Academy Awards, Mustang depicts the lives of five young orphaned sisters and the challenges they face growing up with extended family as girls in a conservative society. The film is in Turkish with English subtitles. The film runtime is an hour and 37 minutes.

This screening is in partnership with NC State's Women's Center and the Global Film Series in celebration of Women's History Month. The Global Film Series is a collaboration between NC State University Libraries and NC State’s Office of Global Engagement.
