You Are Not the User: Unpacking the Research Process at Lenovo

Dana C. Gierdowski is a Senior Manager of Product Research on Lenovo’s User Experience Design Research team. She leads a team of researchers as they collaborate cross-functionally on hardware, software, and emerging design products. Her previous roles have included nonprofit research in higher education IT, and academic researcher and professor. Dana holds a PhD in Communication, Rhetoric, and Digital Media from NC State.
