Join Becky Skiba, an outreach education specialist at the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission, as she talks about the benefit of bats and how to be “bat-friendly” neighbors with little effort. Addressing small changes in landscaping and structure, how bats influence agricultural and forestry management and the life needs of bats, we will explore how we attract bats and keep them active and healthy. We will also look at the conservation challenges facing bats in North Carolina and around the world.
