Come and learn about the IBM Pathfinder Mentoring Program. The program pairs IBM engineers, designers and business professionals with university students and enables those students to receive personalized career guidance from the professionals. Students meet one-on-one with their mentors to ask questions and get feedback to help them make informed career decisions. The program offers group events that provide opportunities for students to get insight into different careers, improve their knowledge and skills and much more. The program is for students majoring in computer engineering, computer science, graphics/industrial design, technical communications or MBA students with any of those backgrounds.
