While engaging in an actual circle process, participants will explore the basic foundations of restorative and transformative community. This introductory session will also include a short discussion about restorative community building. Each circle session will focus on an equity- and inclusion-related topic and invite participants to examine their own narratives in relationship to others.

For this session, we welcome NC State community members interested in beginning to explore the ways that restorative practices can support healthy and purposeful group/organizational discussions — especially when navigating conversations about equity, inclusion and diversity.
