Join the African American Cultural Center, Multicultural Student Affairs and the Greensboro Kwanzaa Collective for A Family Affair. We will celebrate umoja, one of the seven principles of Kwanzaa, during this event. Umoja means to maintain unity as a family, community and race of people. Join us for African drumming, storytelling, dancing and learning. This event will kick off our 2021 Kwanzaa celebration in a fun and exciting way.

The Greensboro Kwanzaa Collective is a group of families and community members who noticed a void in programming for Kwanzaa in the Greensboro area and came together to provide yearly Kwanzaa events and programs for the community.
