Join us for a relaxing walk in the woods on wellness day. This event is free and open to everyone, including family members of the NC State community. Our hike will take approximately 1.5 hours. Please wear closed-toed shoes and bring a water bottle. We will meet at the Lake Raleigh woods trailhead in the northwest corner of the Alumni Center parking lot. The center is at 2450 Alumni Drive.
