Comfortable with top-rope climbing and looking to further your climbing skills? Our lead climbing clinic gives users an in-depth understanding of belay systems, climbing equipment used in lead climbing, safety procedures appropriate for lead climbing and skills that will transfer to outdoor climbing. Users must have a current NC State top rope belay certification to participate in the clinic. It is highly recommended that users be able to top-rope climb a 5.10-rated route at the Climbing Center.
