Join Multicultural Student Affairs and the Latinx Heritage Month Committee for our Latinx Heritage Month Keynote Speaker Series. The speakers exhibit and embody their heritage in their daily lives. They are: 

  • Andrea Duhon. She will speak about being Latino in a science, technology, engineering or mathematics field on Sept. 21.
  • NC State alumna Monserrat Alvarez Matehuala, the outdoor program director for Brown Girls Climb. She will discuss creating inclusive opportunities for underrepresented communities and connecting with our ancestral roots on Oct. 13.
