Come enjoy lunch and a Learning and Organizational Development-led workshop titled "Engaging and Retaining the Workforce Generations of Today and Tomorrow."  Stephanie Davis, assistant director of Learning and Organizational Development, and Alexa DeFalco, a Learning and Organizational training specialist, will facilitate the session.

Today, the typical workforce includes four distinct generations, each with its own unique set of work values, communication styles and views about life in general. You'll learn how to leverage the talents and strengths of all generations to improve collaboration, retention and engagement. Plus, you'll get a sneak peek at Generation Alpha trends and receive tips on how to prepare the workplace for the next generation.
