Switch-adapted toys make using a toy possible for children with disabilities, but these types of toys are expensive to purchase. In this workshop, each participant will adapt two toys that will be donated to a local pediatrics hospital for a child who can't use a toy in a typical way. As we make these switches, we will address the "disability tax," the financial realities for many families and individuals with disabilities and why opensource makers are changing the game for people with disabilities.

Please note that space for this event is limited, and registration is required. All materials will be provided. No previous experience is necessary.
