National Online Recovery Day: Mindfulness Recovery

Prevention Services will highlight National Online Recovery Day by facilitating a mindfulness exercise. Students can learn more about recovery and how mindfulness can be used as a form of recovery. This event is a part of Prevention Services' Recovery Month programming.
