Please join the Department of Public Administration for a visit to the North Carolina General Assembly.

Students will enjoy a 30-minute guided tour of the Legislative Building, where they’ll learn about North Carolina’s history and the structure of our state government. The visit will include a look inside the chambers where the House and Senate meet. In addition, students will hear from representatives, interns and NC State alumni about the wide range of roles within state government. We hope you can join us for this exciting opportunity to connect classroom learning with real-world public service. Students can have lunch at the General Assembly cafeteria at their own expense.  You can view the cafeteria menu, which changes daily.

This event is open to all students. Registration is required.
