DESCRIPTION:The Jeffrey Wright Military and Veteran Services office and NC 
 State's ROTC units will host the annual Veterans Day Honor Run and Ceremony
  at the Memorial Belltower on Tuesday\, Nov. 11\, starting at 6 a.m.\n\nThe
  early morning run is a great way to jumpstart your Veterans Day observance
  at NC State while raising awareness and support for those who have given s
 o much for our freedom. We invite you to run in honor of a veteran. You can
  pin a veteran's picture on your shirt\, write their name on your arm or ha
 t or simply carry their spirit in your heart. Everyone is welcome to partic
 ipate. Take the challenge\, lace up your shoes and run with purpose.\n\nImm
 ediately following the race\, we will hold a brief ceremony to mark NC Stat
 e's military history and to honor the service of our students\, staff\, fac
 ulty and alumni veterans. The ceremony will include a wreath presentation\,
  musical selections by NC State students and community members and remarks 
 from distinguished guest speakers.\n\nHere is the schedule of events for th
 e morning observance:\n5:45 a.m.\nRunners arrive for the run.\n6 a.m.\nRun 
 begins.\n6:45 a.m.\nRun ends. Participants can enjoy music and snacks.\n7 a
 .m.\nCeremony begins.\n7:30 a.m.\nCeremony concludes.
