The NC Clean Energy Technology Center will celebrate NC State University Energy Week by hosting an electric vehicle owner meetup and car show. Come learn about and test drive electric vehicles. The event will occur on Centennial Campus in a grassy lot north of The Corner.

If you are an EV owner and would like to have your vehicle on display or provide rides, we welcome your participation. Please set up your vehicle at the event site between 10:30 and 11 a.m. The event will start at 11:30 a.m. The car display will end at 1:30 p.m. Vehicle owners or dealers may continue to give rides until 2 p.m. If you are interested in participating in the event as a vehicle exhibitor, please register.

The following will be featured at the event.

  • Static display: Volkswagen ID.4, Ford Lightening, Tesla 3, Tesla S and Chevrolet Bolt
  • Ride and drive: BMW 14, BMW iX, Ford Mach E, Ford Lightning, Ford Transit cargo van, Tesla Model 3, Ford Lightening, Polaris RANGER XP Kinetic and Lexus RZ 300e
  • Electric bikes and scooters: Spin e-bike, Spin e-scooter, Riese & Muller Load4 75 cargo e-bike, Riese & Muller Carrie cargo e-bike, Tern GSD cargo e-bike and Gazelle Ultimate T10 urban e-bike
