NC State New Student Programs is hiring students to participate in Orientation Leaders and Summer Start Mentors in 2023.

Orientation leaders represent NC State during New Student Orientation and assist new students and their families with their transition into the NC State community. Summer Start mentors build relationships with students who participate in the Summer Start program, an academic and cocurricular experience that students participate in before their first fall semester at NC State.

These paid summer jobs allow students to gain leadership experience and awesome transferable skills and meet new people. The programs also provide on-campus housing and some meals.
